History

The Government Degree College, Mydukur ,Kadapa District was established in the year 2008 by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as per GO Ms. No.97 dated 08/07/2008. For the first time, it was inaugurated at the Mandal Parishad Primary School very near to the Mydukuru RTC bus stand. Later in 2020 the college was shifted to The Telugu Ganga colony, on the way to Porumamilla.

Up to 2022-23 academic year, the college was offered the following under graduate programmes

2.  B.Sc. M.P. Computer Science (EM)
3.  B.Sc. B.Z.C (EM)
4. B.A. H.E.P (EM)
